Return Policy

Should you wish to be refunded for products, please inform our customer service team that you wish to return the items and request a refund. Email your request to helloglovsa@outlook.com We guarantee fair and open conversation regarding all refunds or queries.

 

GlovSA reserves the right not to refund a returned product if the product is returned without its original packaging, is used, or is damaged by the client. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please take note that shipping/delivery costs can not be refunded or credited, as these costs cannot be reimbursed to us by the courier company. The client is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to GlovSA.

 

Please take note that if GlovSA is responsible for sending the incorrect or damaged items proof of the damaged or incorrect product must be sent to helloglovsa@outlook.com. All returns must be initiated through correspondence and a refund confirmation email then we will arrange collection of the damaged item.
